All Needs Care is a locally owned home health agency serving families across Metro Vancouver. We started after watching too many relatives cycle through rotating strangers from large national agencies — never the same caregiver twice, no continuity, no real relationship. We built the company we wished we'd had.

Today our coordinators live in the same neighbourhoods as our clients. Our caregivers are matched in small, consistent teams of two or three per family. Every plan is reviewed by a registered nurse, and every visit is logged so the next caregiver picks up where the last one left off.

What we believe

• Continuity of care matters more than any single visit.
• Dignity is the baseline, not a feature.
• Pricing should be transparent. Hours should be flexible. Contracts should be optional.
• Families deserve a real person on the phone, not a portal and a ticket queue.

Leadership

Our care director is a registered nurse with twenty years of acute and community practice. Our operations team comes from family-run businesses across the Lower Mainland. We are licensed in British Columbia and bonded and insured.
